Refund/Cancellation policy:

We would love to help you but in case your plans change, our simple cancellation process makes sure you receive a quick confirmation and fast refunds.
If a society wishes to cancel the subscription for 'SocietyOnWeb', then following rules would be applied for cancellation time frame:
In case Installation and data configuration has not been done:

   1) We do not charge cancellation fees for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of taking subscription. Any amount paid will be refunded.
   2)If cancellation done within 24 hours of taking subscription, 100% amount would be refunded.
   3) If cancellation done after 24 hours and before 48 hours, 50% of subscription amount would be refunded.
   4) After 48 hours, only 10% of subscribed amount would be refunded.

Mid Way Cancellation:

If any society has been using SocietyOnWeb for a period of time, and wishes to cancel the subscription, then any amount paid as part of software configuration and data configuration will not be refunded. Only the amount that has been paid as part of advance for maintenance would be considered to be refunded on pro-rated basis.For example if monthly maintenance charge is Rs 1500, then after usage of 10 days, only Rs 1000 would be refunded, if the user wishes for cancellation of subscription.

How to Cancel Subscription:

You can cancel your subscription by calling or sending an email to SocietyOnWeb support team. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days
